Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Red Dead Media for any Service, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms provided in project proposals, contracts, or invoices. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Overview

Red Dead Media offers services including but not limited to:

  • Website design & development

  • Branding & logo design

  • Content creation

  • SEO optimization

  • Hosting & maintenance (if applicable)

  • Social media & digital marketing solutions

 

A detailed scope of services will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement prior to the start of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access to all necessary information, content, and approvals

  • Cooperate with our team and respond to requests within a reasonable time

  • Ensure that any materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights

 

Delays in providing required assets may result in project delays or additional fees.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment structure and due dates will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) may be required to initiate work

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion or before the final handover of assets

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of Services

 

Ownership of work remains with Red Dead Media until full payment is received.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • Red Dead Media retains ownership of all custom designs, code, and intellectual property until full payment is received

  • Upon full payment, the Client receives the rights to use the deliverables for their intended purpose

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

 

Stock assets, plugins, or third-party resources may be subject to separate licensing terms.

 

6. Revisions & Approvals

  • Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges

  • Delays in providing feedback may affect project timelines

 

Once final approval is given, further changes will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

 

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.


In the event of termination:

  • The Client is responsible for payment for work completed to date

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Any materials produced will be delivered or retained based on the amount paid

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Red Dead Media is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business resulting from use of our Services

  • Any content provided by the Client

 

We do not guarantee specific results, search rankings, or traffic increases unless expressly stated.

 

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project.

 

10. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics tools, plugins). We are not responsible for their functionality, reliability, or policies. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Services after changes implies acceptance.
